Hello beautiful!

Long time, no see! But now we're back, hopefully. Mum has been lazy lately, both with writing and photographing. I (Fant) and Ella have not been lazy, we have been running a lot. You know, I have to start training her. It's just 6 months until she can start her Lure Coursing career! Think about that, amazing how time flies...

We miss you...

Today should have been your 3rd birthday, Egil... It's now 1 year and 3 weeks since you left us. We still miss you every single day. I know both mum and dad miss you, they still cry for you some times. Although Ella never met you, I think she misses you to. We have all told her so much about you, I think she misses the big brother she never had! Egil, you often were "a pain in the ass" with your everlasting energy, but no one was kinder than you. You were so fun to run with, and yes I admit it, you were faster than me and I loved it when you ran in front of me so I could chase you. I was always amazed by your happy mood. I have never figured out how you could be so happy and joyful and never seemed to have a bad day, greeting us all with your smiles every day. I became so lost when you left, because you were always the one comforting mum when she had a bad day. I didn't know how to do it, you were always the better one at it. I did my best, but I don't know how much it helped. Anyway, we came through it, although we never thought we would. You gave us so many happy memories, and we will always remember you as the sweetest boy the world have ever known.
We will always miss you, Egil!
